Terms of Service

By enrolling in a program at OnePlace Digital Academy or using learn.oneplacedigital.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment (or the first installment, per plan) is received. Access is personal, non-transferable, and time-limited to the plan duration.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Sharing your account is grounds for suspension without refund. We enforce single-active-session protection to reduce credential sharing.

3. Content Usage

Course videos, notes, and recordings are the intellectual property of OnePlace Digital Academy. You may view and learn from the content for personal use only. Recording, redistributing, or reselling content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Placement Assistance

We offer placement assistance — mock interviews, resume reviews, and employer introductions — as part of eligible programs. Placement is assistance, not a guarantee of employment. Student outcomes depend on attendance, completion, assignment quality, and performance in employer processes.

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior in live classes, WhatsApp groups, and student forums is required. Harassment, hate speech, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

6. Changes to Service

We may update curriculum, instructors, or schedule where reasonable. Fundamental changes will be communicated with appropriate notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Nashik courts.
