Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your enrollment. Here is our refund policy.

1. Cooling-Off Period

You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of enrollment, provided you have not downloaded more than 10% of course materials or attended more than one live session.

2. Partial Refunds

Between day 8 and day 30, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the fee paid, at our discretion, based on usage.

3. No Refund After 30 Days

After 30 days from enrollment, no refund will be issued. This is because instructor time and placement-cell slots have already been allocated to your cohort.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees, certificate-issuance fees, one-on-one mentor slots already consumed, and any physical materials shipped are non-refundable.

5. How to Request

Email oneplacedigitalacademy@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject “Refund Request — [Your Name]” and the reason for your request. We respond within 5 working days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-14 working days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
